Its with a heavy heart and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Prof. Joyce Kanyiri of Moi University School of Education.

She was a beloved wife of Col.(Dr) Kanyiri of KDF. Adored mother of Crispus Wotuku Kanyiri and Collins Mwangi. She was the mother-in-law of Purity Mawia Mutua and grandmother of Tafari Mwangi Wotuku.

She was daughter of Raphael Wotuku and the late Loise Ngima. Beloved daughter -in-law of the late Stanley Kanyiri and the late Anna Wangui.

Sister of Grace Wambui, Mary Wangu, Jane Gathoni, Rose Mumbi, David Munge, the late Robert Mahinda and Rosemary Mukiri and Caroline Nyaguthii.

Sister-in-law of Margeret Migwi, Dr. Mary Wambaria, Priscilla Wanjira, Dr. Lucy Musyoka, Dr Esther Kanyiri, Eddah Njorge, Nancy Wanjugu, Janeffer Gathigia„ Peter Kariuki and Grace Wairimu.
