You were a loving brother to Mike Gichumbi, Zippy Greenslade, Emily Macharia, Peter Kariuki, and the late Essie Gichumbi. You were also a dear brother-in-law to Darren Greenslade, Euny Kahonge, and Freddy Macharia. Your love extended to your nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents, who all held you close to their hearts.

From a young age, you had an infectious spirit that lit up every room. Your playful nature earned you the family nickname “Wagachigiri" a reflection of the boundless energy and laughter you brought to those around you. Your early years were filled with curiosity and a love for learning, which led you to excel in your studies and form lifelong friendships.

A brilliant student, you pursued your dreams with relentless passion, culminating in a degree that reflected your deep love for the environment. Faith and Ministry
Your faith was the cornerstone of your life. Raised with strong Christian values, you embraced your spirituality with unwavering devotion. You were an active and committed member of Kahawa West Baptist Church, where you served with dedication, leading in the youth ministry and welcoming new members with your signature warmth. Your signature welcome song will forever echo in the hearts of those you touched:
